Kurt Cattoor and Nick Celis strengthen Duke & Grace’s team

Early April, Kurt Cattoor (former Account Director at BBDO) and Nick Celis (who earned his stripes at the Cronos Group as, among other things, Business Development Manager at Inkubis and Managing Partner at IntoData) joined the ranks of the Client Service team at Duke & Grace. With these recruitments, the full-service agency is building on its promise to work at the heart of creativity, technology and strategy, while always putting the customer first.

PR - Kurt & Nick

By combining creativity, technology and strategy, Duke & Grace aims to respond to the Marketing Director's daily challenges. They clearly see that their customers are increasingly digital and must therefore address them there in a creative and strategic way. With Kurt Cattoor and Nick Celis, Duke & Grace is now strengthening the Client Service team with the necessary experience to guide clients in such processes. Cattoor, who gained 11 years of experience at BBDO as Account Director and Commercial Lead for the health sector, will take on the role of Client Service Director. Celis will strengthen the team as Client Service Manager. He started his career as a developer of Oracle software applications and ended up at the Cronos Group quickly afterwards. There, he grew from his technical background to a commercial role, to later establish and further develop IntoData as Managing Partner, where the focus was on data architecture, data management, data engineering and data analysis.

"Duke & Grace has a unique position in the market. Because the DNA is fundamentally digital, it thinks about creativity in a different way. I find that very fascinating. With my experience in guiding creative processes and setting up 360° campaigns, I hope to be able to convey the unique proposition of Duke & Grace to the customer", Kurt Cattoor, Client Service Director at Duke & Grace, explains.

Nick Celis, Client Service Manager at Duke & Grace, adds: "With my technical background, I hope to be able to guide clients in making the right strategic choices when it comes to data and technology. Sometimes, customers lose themselves in the options: what is the best way to use data in their business strategy to remain relevant, for example? At Duke & Grace, we always look at the context and the needs of the customer to advise the right solution. I find that very powerful and want to focus on it even more."

Linda Galle, Managing Director of Duke & Grace, is very enthusiastic about this reinforcement of the team: "With Kurt and Nick, we bring in extra seniority and experience that will not only be beneficial for our team, but also for our customers. These recruitments are a confirmation of our ambition to further integrate creativity and technology through great talent. We will continue to expand and strengthen our team, but are already very happy with the arrival of these two seasoned professionals."
