The website Duke & Grace built for child benefit fund Infino won in the Healthcare category at Kentico Xperience's annual Site of The Year Awards. In a highly regulated sector like allowances and child benefits, a website with attention to UX and simple application procedures is a major competitive advantage. The brand-new website has already had a positive impact on all lead generation metrics.
Kentico Xperience is a digital experience platform (DXP) that brings together content management, digital marketing and e-commerce. With its annual Site of the Year competition, Kentico puts the spotlight on the best Kentico Xperience implementations. This year, the jury awarded the Infino website with the first prize in the Healthcare Award category.
This award is the icing on the cake for the journey that Duke & Grace and Infino made together. Belgians have recently been given the opportunity to choose their payment provider of child benefits. This previously closed market was suddenly opened, and that presents several challenges. Frederik Van Wynsberghe, Director Sales, Marketing & Support at Infino explains: "We are operating in a very competitive market. So, we had to distinguish ourselves through our services - not only offline, but also and especially online. A user-friendly environment that proactively offers the right information, also for difficult or exceptional issues, that is what our parents deserve. For that, we hired Duke & Grace."
Duke & Grace searched and found the answer for Infino in the DXP, Kentico Xperience, which offers the possibility to build a site with a lot of personalized content, a simple simulator and a smooth registration flow for new customers. "The new website was Infino's first digital touchpoint in its new branding. In addition to the website, a customer portal will soon be launched", says Martijn Brackman, UX Designer at Duke & Grace.
The ultimate goal of this collaboration for Infino? "Become the KBC of the child benefit funds. This recognition from Kentico is a confirmation that we are on the right track. The renewed portal, which will be launched soon, will be another milestone in this process", Van Wynsberghe adds.
Winners in other categories include Workspace, Domino's Pizza E-commerce and The National Autistic Society. All categories and winners can be found on the Kentico Xperience Site of the Year website.
