Croustico shares a passion for baking with Duke & Grace

Following an extensive pitching round, the Belgian bakery concept Croustico has chosen the Ghent-based Duke & Grace as its communications partner for the coming years. The aim of the collaboration is to strengthen and raise awareness of Croustico as a full-service concept among both retailers and end consumers.

One of the ways that this will be achieved is by highlighting the diverse offering. The company, part of the Vandemoortele group, will be calling on the B2B2C expertise of full-service agency Duke & Grace for this.

The partnership consists firstly of creative support, with the development of periodic creative campaigns and the provision of sales tools for Croustico’s service coaches. The team at Duke & Grace will also be responsible for the in-store activations, as well as ongoing design and DTP work.

“In order to realise our ambitions, we were looking for a partner who could grow our Croustico concept still further, share our DNA for baking and at the same time challenge us creatively. The initial results already look promising. We’re eager for more!”

The second major component of the collaboration is the further development and integration of the MyCroustiplace platform, an online tool that enables retailers to make their purchases, among other things.

The knowledge of the two companies brings together all the ingredients required to build a valuable relationship.

“It is an honour to be able to work for this major Belgian player, to use our various areas of expertise and to further explore and develop the retail market as a partner.”
