We needed a more structured approach to stay on that course”, Bart De Waele, CEO of Duke & Grace, explains. “We are making a split between the business for the next 12 months and the initiatives in the longer term, whereby I, as CEO, will mainly focus on the latter. With Linda, we now also have the right person on board to manage the day-to-day operations.”
With the recruitment of Linda Galle, we also bring the customer’s voice into our Management Team. “With more than 15 years of experience as a Marketing Director in various companies, I have a good understanding of the challenges our customers face today: digital has fundamentally changed the way customers interact with brands, and marketing teams need to find ways to respond to that. I see it as my role to ensure that the customer always comes first in every decision we make, both at board level and in our projects”, Linda Galle adds.
