About you

  • This is not your first rodeo. You've acquired a foolproof way of working/method when it comes to interviewing candidates and you make sure you match the right person with the right job. You've got that gut feeling, but rely on more than that to make decisions.
  • You are familiar with ATS tools as well as using whatever tools needed to find the right candidates. You
  • You look forward to further developing our employer brand (with the HR manager) and setting up events, campaigns etc in that context.
  • As an in-house colleague, you look forward to seeing your new recruits grow and help out with their onboarding or other aspects of their employee experience.
  • You have a genuine interest in people and are open-minded.
  • You are result-oriented, critical and highly self motivated. You can't wait to be the face of an inspiring and innovating company.
  • You have strong communication skills, in both Dutch and English and are used to sparring regularly with line managers and keeping them in the loop on the advancement of search.

What your future may hold

  • You are the go-to person for line management in the recruitment and selection process. From deploying the right channels to selecting the candidates and guiding them through all the rounds - you coordinate it all.
  • You closely monitor the latest HR trends regarding recruitment and employer branding and implement the relevant ones effortlessly in our selection procedure.
  • Thanks to your genuine interest in what we do, you'll acquire a deep understanding of our services in no time and are ready to roll up your sleeves to analyze and identify the needs of the team in order to attract the right profiles.
  • After hiring your new colleague, you monitor his or her onboarding, so that that person can join the company as a full-fledged employee as soon as possible.
  • You also develop interesting HR projects, such as employer branding, on-boarding and happiness initiatives.
