HR Manager

About you

  • You have a Master’s degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience at management level in a similar role.
  • You have knowledge of and a clear vision on people management, retention of sought-after profiles and agile ways of working. A solid knowledge of Belgian employment law etc is a given.
  • Affinity with digital marketing and digital transformation within large and medium-sized companies is a plus.
  • You are value driven and act consistently and with integrity.
  • You shine when your team shines, which is why you love coaching and helping them reach their full potential. 
  • You have strong communication skills (preferably in Dutch and English) and know how to convince and inspire others.
  • You are business minded and have the perseverance to propagate innovation throughout the organization.
  • You’re diplomatic and love to build bridges in order to find the best solutions for every situation.

What your future may hold

  • You take the lead in coördinating and organizing the different HR activities according to the priorities and needs of the team & company, while taking into account our customer intimate company culture. 
  • As a true people person, you’ll maintain informal and formal contacts throughout the company with the aim of creating a positive social climate and realizing structural advice and consultation with the team.
  • You’ll coordinate various projects within HR and guide the HR team to execute the projects in an efficient manner. 
  • You’ll coach and guide our leadership team to ensure a positive growth mindset and growth opportunities for all so we can develop our team to the fullest. 
  • To make sure we keep our modern HR mindset, you’ll keep yourself informed on the evolutions in your field. 
  • You’re end-to-end responsible for the employee experience: you’ll ensure an optimal experience at every touch-point in the life-cycle.
  • Within the context of a fast-growing and changing organization, you help shape the matrix structure and culture. You’ll co-design and lead engagement initiatives that champion a high-performance culture which supports our mission and business objectives.
  • You’ll report directly to the People & Performance Director (and ad interim to the Managing Director) & will be leading a team consisting of a Talent Officer and a Payroll/Hr officer.  
  • You’ll coach and help your team with reaching their goals so we consistently up our game and remain a smooth operating unit.
