Client Service Manager

At Duke & Grace, we aim to pursue long, strategic and transformational partnerships with our clients. For that, we could use another Client Service Manager to strengthen our team. Your role would be to shape those partnerships and help defining them in terms of strategy, technology and creativity. Would you be cut out for the job? Let's find out!

How your working day may look like

We hear you think: "Client Service Manager?" Well, this job goes far beyond the tasks of an Account Manager. Are you looking for just that little bit extra? Then you should definitely have a look if you've come to the right shop!

Your main job is to listen to your clients in order to help them to define and develop a business strategy, tailored to their needs. You will proactively initiate conversations with them to define short- and long-term growth opportunities. Your goal is to form long-term strategic partnerships with both clients in your team’s portfolio and new clients that you will add to the portfolio.

Next, you will also partner up with your team of experts in creating the highest quality work by sharing knowledge of the client/business/brand to enable his growth proposition. You will co-create pitch presentations, complete Requests For Proposals/Information with our Business Developers and present them to the clients.

And don't forget you will be backed up by a team of Client Service Managers

Your skillset

  • This is not your first rodeo. Building new and upholding existing partnerships with clients became second nature to you.
  • You’re communicative, strategic, result-driven as well as creative
  • You live in 2021. You're familiar with the digital landscape and/or eager to keep on learning. 
  • You’re a true people person. On the one hand, you’ve got a knack for really listening to clients and understanding what they truly need, and how we can be of value to them. On the other hand, you understand that teamwork makes the dream work. (Yes, we said it. Cringe.) You love working in tandem with a skilled team of experts, which you love to motivate and align where necessary. 
  • You illustrate user-centered thinking, aligning what we do ourselves with what we tell our clients.
  • You are a creative problem solver who gets energy from managing a wide variety of tasks and relationships in a fast-moving environment.
  • You’ve got an entrepreneurial mindset and can’t wait to be a Duke & Grace ambassador, representing our values to clients and partners.
