As a Client Service Manager at Duke & Grace you aren’t ‘just another salesperson’. We aim to pursue long, strategic and transformational partnerships with our clients. Your role is shaping those partnerships and help define them in terms of creativity, technology and strategy.
This is not your first rodeo. You’re used to building new and upholding existing partnerships with clients.
You’re result driven and not into flashy/temporary connections. You’ve got a knack for really listening to your clients and understanding what they truly need and how we can be of value to them.
You live in 2020. You are familiar with the digital landscape and/or eager to keep on learning.
You’re a true people person and understand that teamwork makes the dream work. (Yes, we said it. Cringe.) You love working in tandem with skilled project managers and a team of experts which you love to motivate and align where need be.
You are a creative problem solver who gets energy from managing a wide variety of tasks and relationships in a fast-moving environment.

You will help our clients define and develop a business strategy tailored to their needs and aligned with the vision of Duke & Grace.
You will help your team in creating the highest quality work by sharing knowledge of the client/business/brand to enable our growth proposition.
You will form long-term strategic partnerships with the clients in your team’s portfolio as well as new clients that you will add to that portfolio.
You will identify growth opportunities and proactively initiate conversations with your clients.
You will co-create pitch presentations and complete RFP/RFI’s with our business developers.
You will work with a team of experts to ensure quality and vision transcend through everything we do.
You will be part of a team of Client Service managers, all eager to share and learn from each other.
