As a Business Developer at Duke & Grace you will actively pursue strategic long term partnerships with potential clients. Meeting the increasing demand for productive and transformative partnerships you identify, qualify and pursue new leads, help build client pitches and ensure a smooth integration for our new clients into the agency.

You will help to define and develop a new business strategy tailored to the needs and vision of Duke & Grace.
You will enable our growth proposition, with a continued focus on long-term strategic partnerships.
You will be part of a team of Client Service managers, all eager to share and learn from each other.
You will follow-up on inbound business leads and be the first physical touchpoint for new clients with Duke&Grace.
You will identify growth opportunities and proactively initiate new client conversations.
You will co-create pitch presentations and complete RFP/RFI’s.
You will contribute to presentations and other marketing materials on a strategic and content level.
You will work with a team of experts to ensure quality and vision transcend through everything we do.
This is not your first rodeo. Especially regarding best practices for new businesses in a (digital) marketing context. Agency experience is a plus.
You live in 2020. Familiar with the digital landscape and eager to keep on learning.
You have a data/result driven approach regarding new business and marketing tools. Experience with Hubspot is a (big) plus.
You are a creative problem solver who gets energy from managing a wide variety of tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment.
